New Summon Night

Atlus has just announced the continuation of the popular RPG Summon Night: Swordcraft Story. This newest title will be a DS exclusive titiled Summon Knight: Twin Age.

Twin Age will be headed for release on May 20th, complete with two playable characters, and the ability to trade items with other gamers via local wireless, and full DS functionality.

Persona 3 FES Coming to NA

Atlus has finally officially announced that they will be bringing Persona 3 FES to North America!

Persona FES stands for 'festival' and was originally released in Japan as a bonus to gamers who picked up Persona 3. This game includes totally new content that enhances the original game and is a standalone game in itself.

Most exciting of all, this definitive Persona 3 experience will be abailable for only $29.99! Look for it in stores in late April.

Atlus Announces Rondo of Swords

Atlus has just announced a new Strategy RPG, Rondo of Swords, for the Nintendo DS.

Rondo of Swords is a fantasy RPG that promises to combine an epic narrative tale complete with storyline branches and multiple endings, with a deep and innovative combat system that takes full use of the touch screen of the DS. Gamers will embark on a quest to cleanse the sacred blade, protect the princess, and vanquish the oppressing armies of your enemy and deliver the Kingdom of Bretwalde from tyranny!

Atlus Prepares for the Xbox

Atlus has announced an exciting partnership with Microsoft to become an officially licensed 3rd party publisher for the Xbox 360.
I'm a big Xbox 360 fan, but I also like RPGs. The two don't always go well together, but with any luck the addition of Atlus as an Xbox 360 publisher will strengthen the console's Japanese RPG lineup. Along with this announcement Atlus also announced two upcoming Xbox 360 titles for 2008, including Operation Darkness and Spectral Force 3!

Operation Darkness is a strategy RPG with a strong emphasis on tactics. It takes place in an alternate World War II era where history and fantasy collide!

Spectral Forces 3 is the first in the RPG series to reach Western shores. It promises a classic fantasy story, tons of character customization, and 50 hours of gameplay in an action-packed strategy RPG experience.

Growlanser: Heritage of War Ships!

Atlus has announced that their latest title, Growlanser: Heritage of War, is now shipping to retailers across North America!

Growlanser is a strategy RPG for the PS2, and the latest addition to the popular series. To honor the hardcore fans, Atlus is releasing a deluxe Limited Edition set with several unique collectibles. The complete package includes a 100-page full color art book that features material from the entire Growlanser saga, a multimedia DVD featuring additional video content and Growlanser trivia, lenticular cards, commemorative pins, and a Growlanser keychain.

Atlus has also announced that there will be only one print run of Growlanser: Heritage of War, so if you're interested in it make sure to get it before it's gone!

Persona 4 on PS3!

Atlus has recently announced that they will be revealing a new Persona title shortly after the Tokyo Games Show.

Other than the initial announcement that the title is in development for the PS3, no details have been announced yet. However, due to the recent success of the series in the U.S., gamer shouldn't be surprised if this new installment in the series eventually makes it to North America.

For now we just have to wait...

Atlus Ships Persona 3

After a slight delay, Atlus has announced that Persona 3 is shipping to retailers nationwide!

Persona 3 is the newest entry in the popular Shin Megami Tensei: Persona series. Fans have been looking forward to this release for nearly 8 years!

Making the game's release even better, each copy of the game is a deluxe edition package, featuring a 52-page full color art book and soundtrack CD! Look for Persona 3 in stores starting today!

Luminous Arc Ships!

Atlus has announced that Luminous Arc, the strategy RPG for the Nintendo DS, has shipped to retailers across North America!

Luminous Arc promises a traditional strategy RPG experience, enhanced with professional voice acting, an involving storyline, versatile controls, multiplayer mode, and an epic musical score! Persona 3 Re-Scheduled

After discovering an error with the game's artbook mere days before the schedules release, Atlus was forced to delay the highly anticipated Persona 3. Today they announced the new release date of August 14, 2007.

This is the absolute soonest that they can get the game ready because they are not willing to comprimise the deluxe collector's edition package that they have created for the game.

Persona 3 to Experience Delay

Atlus has just announced that Persona 3 will experience a slight shipping delay.

The original shipping date for Persona 3 was July 24th, but due to an unforeseen error, the game's release will be slightly later. There was an unfortunate error in the Persona 3 art book that was to be included with the game, so Atlus is taking the time to have the book totally redone in order to give gamers the highest quality product possible.

Atlus has yet to make an annoucement for the new release date.

Atlus Ships Riviera

Atlus has announced that Riviera: The Promised Land for PSP is now shipping to retailers across North America.

Riviera: The Promised Land for the PSP is an enhanced version of the GBA classic RPG. It features fully voiced events in both Japanese and English, higher resolution artwork and a remixed soundtrack.

Riviera Site Launches

Atlus has just launched the official Web site for their upcoming PSP port of Riviera: The Promised Land.

Riviera was originally released on the GBA and become an instant hit with RPG fans. This new version features remastered visuals and sounds along with new game content. It will be released for the PSP on July 10, 2007.

Persona 3 Deluxe Edition

Atlus, USA has recently announced the official North American release of Shin Megami Tensei: Persona 3 for the PlayStation 2. The game will be available in the summer of 2007 in a Deluxe Edition.

This long-awaited sequel to the cult classic Persona 2 will be packaged in a deluxe collectors box full of bonus materials, including an art book and coundtrack. This Deluxe Edition is Atlus' way on rewarding all those loyal Persona fans who have been eagerly awaiting a sequel for years!

Atlus Announces Luminous Arc

Atlus U.S.A. has just announced that they have acquired North American publishing rights to Luminous Arc for the Nintendo DS!

Luminous Arc is an isometric strategy-RPG that allows gamers to create new weapons, compare strategic prowess using wi-fi multiplayer, and promises unique characters and an epic story. Luminous Arc is developed by Image Epoch and produced by Marvelous Interactive, producers of the Harvest Moon series and the smash DS hit Contact.
